My first herb book was David Hoffmanns Holistic Herbal. It is such an amazing reference book! I highly recommend this to anyone. He gives very good information about specific herbs and their properties, actions and usages.

This course have given me the right tools to be able to start my herbal journey. I now have a huge apothecary full of herbs and it gives me so much joy to be able to use them for the health of myself and my family!
